Security beefed up ahead of Olympic Games in ROK

A sports delegation from the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) will arrive in the Republic of Korea (ROK) for the PyeongChang Winter Olympics Thursday afternoon. The 32-member delegation includes 10 athletes, who will be competing in alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, figure skating and short-track speed skating. They will register at the PyeongChang Olympics Center and then check in at the Gangneung athletes' village. The 10 DPRK athletes will be flying in with an ROK skiing team after carrying out joint training in the DPRK on Wednesday.
