Kenya's Raila Odinga self-sworn in as 'people's president'

Kenya's government has declared the opposition movement a "criminal group" hours after its leader Raila Odinga swore himself in at a mock inauguration.

Thousands of his supporters attended the ceremony, insisting he is the legitimate leader.

They argue the presidential poll that returned Uhuru Kenyatta to power was neither free nor fair.
