Chocolate FUNdue! See a Japanese hot spring especially for chocoholics this Valentine’s

Footage from Monday showed a Valentine's Day special offer at Yunessun spa in Hakone; the chance to bathe in a melted chocolate hot spring.

"You can enjoy chocolate with your whole body. Eating chocolate is normal but putting chocolate on your body or taking a chocolate bath is a unique experience," explained Yamada Toshiya, a Yunessun worker.

Twice a day, staff dressed up as pastry chefs pour a litre of chocolate into each tub.

"People enjoy putting it on to their skin. When you put it on, your skin becomes soft and sticky, or it gets moist", said Toshiya.

However, as tempting as it may be, this chocolate is not very tasty.

According to Toshiya, "the chocolate sauce we give is actually edible but since it is inside a hot spring, it is not so good to eat."

Hakone Yunessun will be offering chocolate bathing until February 28.
