USA: US cuts Palestinian aid by more than half - White House

The United States has announced that it will give the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian Refugees (UNRWA) $60 million (€49 million) in aid for Palestinian refugees, but will hold back the remaining $65 million (€53 million), the State Department said from Washington DC, Tuesday.

"The number didn't end up being zero, today it ended up being 60 million, so we are somewhere," stated US State Department Spokesperson Heather Nauert.
