MIT's Jim Walsh talks about Chinese absence from DPRK talks in Canada

Top envoys and senior officials from 20 nations gathered in Vancouver, Canada to discuss how to curb the DPRK’s nuclear ambitions. Noticeably absent, however, are both China and Russia. The two countries share borders with the DPRK, and experts said they are key players in any eventual settlement. Jim Walsh, a senior research associate at MIT's Security Studies Program, discusses with CGTN’s Asieh Namdar.
