Jessica Lee discusses Vancouver conference on DPRK

Top envoys and senior officials from 20 nations gathered in Vancouver, Canada to discuss how to curb the DPRK’s nuclear ambitions. Noticeably absent, however, were both China and Russia. The two countries share borders with the DPRK, and experts say they are key players in any eventual settlement. Jessica Lee, director of policy and advocacy at the Council of Korean Americans, discusses with CGTN’s Elaine Reyes.
