Brazil court upholds Lula da Silva's graft conviction

A court in Brazil has upheld a conviction against former president Luiz Inacio "Lula" da Silva, for corruption and money laundering.

It's a major setback for his plans to run again for the presidency.

But he insisted he will seek re-election in October.
